Neom Media LLC user policy, services, and liabilities related to the use of our services and products are all laid out in these Terms of Service. All of the terms and conditions set forth in this document are accepted by registering for any one of our services.
Use of Neom Media LLC services and products and/or a Neom Media LLC-owned or operated website is covered by this Terms of Use. This document does not apply to companies owned or controlled by Neom Media LLC, or to individuals who are not employed or managed by Neom Media, including third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites linked to Neom Media's website.
For any complaints about our services, we will work to find a solution that is satisfactory to both parties. When things don't go as planned, revocation occurs. Please contact us before launching a claim if you are considering doing so. Complaints should only be filed when the issue cannot be resolved amicably.
If for some reason the project is not started, we will issue a full refund. For each application programming project, an agreement is drawn up. Once we don't have any sort of agreement in place, we'll go by our standard delivery policy:
Neom Media will issue a partial refund if the project is not completed as stated in the delivery policy and contract, at the discretion of the service provider. It will be determined by Neom Media how much of the project has been completed so far, and the rest will be handled according to the pre-defined scope of the project.
If the programmer, designer, content writer, or SEO expert (or any other resource or staff) is late in starting the project, Neom Media will give you a full refund. If the client decides to terminate the project, we will provide a proportionate refund.
There are no refunds for days worked at this company. When a client is dissatisfied with the work, it must be rectified right away. In the event that any work is not completed, please let our Project Manager know and request a discount. At no time will we agree to such a negotiation.
On-time payments: If the agreed-upon / listed payments are not clear, a project is not considered void.
The Terms of Use do not bind Neom Media, so it is important that they receive timely communication from you. For the project to be completed successfully, the customer must provide accurate and timely information. No responsibility is taken by Neom Media if the project is delayed or fails due to misunderstandings or a lack of timely communication.
Neom Media is not obligated to honor its delivery or refund commitments if the client fails to provide complete information/scope of the project to Neom Media at the project's initializing stage.
A penalty clause for late delivery must be included in any agreement with Neom Media if the company is to be held responsible if the delivery is delayed by the company.
When Neom Media submits a proposal, its liability is only limited to the value of the parts of the project that may be incomplete at any given time. Losses resulting from services provided / not provided or delays in the same were held against Neom Media. Because of this, Neom Media has been informed in writing that the project cancellation has been made.
When a subscription is canceled, Neom Media will process the refund and mail it to the customer within five business days. The original payment method will be required (refund by check or refund to credit card).
